The only healthcare assistants in Denmark are at Danish Decommissioning, a unique role in a unique workplace.
In Danish Decommissioning there are ongoing tasks that are not found in many places and one of these is the relocation of the more than 60 years old working decks in the Danish Reactor 3 (DR3)

Two days before shutting down the company, a milestone was reached in the decommissioning of Danish Reactor 3: the first concrete blocks have been sawn out of the top of the reactor and placed in containers.
For the past 60 years, a basin has been used to store radioactive objects from Danish Reactor 3. Now the last contaminated tubes have been removed from the basin.
The waste treatment plant is the sixth and last of Risø's original nuclear plant to be decommissioned. Funds have now been allocated to start work.

Around the innermost tank of Danish Reactor 3 has sat a graphite reference that shot back the neutrons. The reflector and an associated layer of lead are now gone. This completes the remotely operated cutting of the internal parts of the reactor.
